You inform us about the car that fits your needs by completing the reservation request form and a member of our staff will contact you within the next 48 hours
You collect the car of your preference either from our office in Marousi or you can choose our Auto Club free delivery service wherever you may want within Athens premises free of charge.

The monthly rental rate is prepaid at the beginning of the month either by credit card, bank transfer of cash payment.

-Auto Club Leasing for corporate clients consists of 1 monthly rate as a deposit upon signing the contract and is to be returned at the end of the rental agreement.

All drivers should hold a valid driver's license for at least one year. An international driver's license is required for all drivers who do not come from member states of the EU. International Driver's Licenses are valid in over 150 countries and include information about the holder written in the Latin characters, as well as a photo of the driver.

The penalty for driving in Greece without this legal license documentation is €1.000 for the rent a car company and €1.000 for the client. We therefore kindly request all non-European Community drivers to ensure that the have a valid international driver’s license prior to arrival in Greece.

Collision damage waiver insurance covers the rental car for all accidents or incidents caused by the driver with a deductible amount which depends on the type and category of the rental car. That means that if the driver is the one to cause the damage to the car the highest amount paid will be the deductible amount.

C.D.W and F.D.W do not cover damages:
Cars antenna, damage to the keyhole ,Loss or damages caused to the keys, Windshield wipers ,Inside the car, Changing tires kit, Lights ,Damages to the rooftop caused by roof rack, Extremely dirty interior, Personal items inside the car, Damage caused by negligence, damage cause by wrong fuel, Damage in child seats ,Damage to the battery of the car due to negligence, loss of important paperwork about the car, loss of license plates.
Autoclub car rental company is not obligated to replace a slashed tire or damages causes in the multimedia console caused by mistreatment of the renter
Autoclub car rental company will not refund telephone calls, taxi or hotel expenses.
Autoclub car rental company and the insurance company are not responsible for anyone under the influence of drugs/alcohol, causes intended damage, driving off road, traffic violations and fines and damages caused by careless driving and negligence.
The client will admit the immediate fault in relation with this claims and this will probably cause extra charges.

Autoclub offers you the possibility of traveling by boat without an extra charge.

Auto Club provides you with child seats, boosters or gps upon availability.
Can you deliver and collect the car in another location except the airport?
Auto Club delivers and collects in whichever location is to your preference on working days and hours without an extra charge for more than 5 days’ rental period. In any other case the charge is between 30-40€.

Delivery or collection of the car can be arranged the latest one day before, our office is available 24/7.

Autoclub guarantees you that you will have a car of the same type and category (same size, same gearbox, same fuel type), we can’t guarantee a specific model in the categories where are mentioned more than one car models. In any case your preference will be noted and prioritized.

No deposit needed

In the unfortunate case that your travel is cancelled no cancellation fees will be applied as long you inform us at least 3 days prior.

There is possibility in changing the rental period but keep in mind that the price changes according to the rental days. It would be highly appreciated to inform us before your arrival for any changes may occur. It is very important to know that Auto Club can’t guarantee that it will be possible during high season.

Payment through debit or credit card can be arranged without extra charges.

Auto Club car rental team will be tracking your flight and a member of our staff will be waiting you at the airport with a sign with your name, outside the luggage claim in the arrival hall, who will lead you directly to the car. We strongly advise you to have ready your driver’s license, passport and credit card ready in order to fill out the rental agreement in only 5 minutes, then you will be ready to begin your traveling around Greece.

In case of accident or engine malfunction of the rental car contact us immediately.
Inside the drawer you will find an envelope with all the documents of the car, as soon as you contact us we will give you specific directions about what to do.
In case the car can’t be fixed on the same day we will arrange in the next 24 hours a replacement car.
If an accident occurs keep in mind that calling the police and the insurance company to record it is absolutely free and also photos that will be needed in order to be compensated from the insurance company.

A member of our staff will be waiting for you in the location indicated at the prearranged time which you have indicated upon arrival or at least 24 hours earlier. In case there is an unexpected early arrival or delay please let us know the soonest possible

The client is not obligated to wash the car beforehand as it is included in the price. Only in extreme cases that the interior of the car is mistreated such us dirt, food and coffee stains it is highly advised to wash the car in order to avoid extra charges.

In case of any traffic violations which can lead to confiscating of the license plates the client is obligated to pay all fines and also the rent for all the days that the license plates remain in the police station as that causes the car to be immobile.
